New Look, Same News & Observations

If you're a frequent reader, then you've likely noticed some new changes to the site. The blog/blawg now sports my photo. As my grandfather would say, something to put up in the basement (can you tell I grew up on the Right coast) to scare the rats away. God rest his soul.

Clicking on the photo or the About link will take you to the "some assembly required" (a.k.a. "instructions") page, where you can get some how-to's on the way this site works. Some things there you may not have known, and may be able to do without if you're a power user.

MIPTC has added the little "" symbol because the blog is now the proud owner of not just one, but two registered trademarks.

Plus, the MIPTC blawg has added a completely new feature, Podcasts. Now, you can listen to these posts, and if you'd like, download them and take the audio podcasts with you on your iPod or your Pocket PC. Yep, we're podcasting (plawdcasting?). Blawg on!

Technology. Ya gotta love it.

P.S. Stay tuned. There are more improvements to come.

Oh yes. Ahem. A major announcement, too, in the next several weeks.

Our law firm's logo, the firm name "WLF | The Williams Law Firm, PC," the weblog name "May It Please The Court" and the drawing of the judge are each registered trademarks with the USPTO. There are no trademark links. You have to go to the USPTO site and conduct a search to find them.
The rest of the site is subject to a Creative Commons license. You can copy the posts, but you must attribute the material you copy to May It Please The Court and WLF | The Williams Law Firm, PC.
On the MIPTC companion site, "A Criminal Waste of Space" is copyrighted by Justice William W. Bedsworth, the author.
You can add a link to your site, as you did using the hyperlink feature. We already have what you seek.

Nice site, but what are you trademarking? Your links to the trademark office don't work and I'm curious.
BTW: Most blog comment forms ask commentors to add their own URL so you can go read their sites if they have them. It's a nice little feature you might consider. My site is here.
