Ten Commandments Legal In Kentucky Courthouse; Unconstitutional In Alabama Courthouse

Call me silly but I don't know how to reconcile a federal court ruling in Kentucky that displaying the Ten Commandments in a courthouse is constitutional and displaying the Ten Commandments in an Alabama courthouse is unconstitutional.

I guess that's why I live in California where we can't have a cross in the middle of nowhere.
