Coast to Coast Internet Radio Questions the Jury

Jurors who lie or conceal information on their jury questionnaires are causing problems in the courts. Should there be background checks performed on jurors? Is this a violation of our rights? Join me and my co-host Bob Ambrogi, fellow attorney and Law.com blogger, as we discover what is going on in the jury system across the United States. Coast to Coast welcomes, Professor Randy Jonakait, professor of law at the New York Law School and author of 'The American Jury System" and Dr. Phillip K. Anthony, CEO of DecisionQuest and a highly sought-after expert on trial consulting.  Give a listen.

Tried to post this at LA Press Club entry, but it wouldn't let me post twice, so trying here:
(By the way, that coded image you have to type before posting the comment is killer. I had to try six times before I passed. Caps/not caps? I still have no idea what it was rejecting. ... But at least it doesn't eat the comment like Yahoo mail does when you don't get it right the first time.)
