The Legal Aftermath of Medical MarijuanaIt's hard to imagine that marijuana can be the subject of a scholarly legal article, but the Lewis & Clark Law Review gave it a try and did a nice job. Raich v. Gonzales disallowed the use of medical marijuana, much to the frustration of some Californians. Here's a law review article that gives the arguments in favor of allowing use of the drug. Here is the government's Supreme Court brief filed against its use.
